How .moe is pronounced, and what it means
Say it "moh-ay". That is the registry's own pronunciation guide, printed at the top of the .moe registration terms, and it is worth knowing because almost every English speaker who has not met the word will say it like the name Moe. If your audience is inside anime and manga fandom they will get it instantly. If it is not, you will correct people.
Interlink, a Japanese company, describes the term (in Japanese, moe) as a general one with broad meaning, and states plainly that there are no special eligibility restrictions.
